
Sheral is a part-time therapist at Flourish Wellness. She earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University.
Sheral has experience supporting clients with eating disorders across levels of care, including working as a psychiatric technician with inpatient populations. She also completed her graduate internship at Flourish Wellness and currently works full-time in community mental health, bringing a well-rounded and grounded perspective to her clinical work.
Sheral works with adults ages 18 and older and appreciates supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, immigration-related stressors, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), early childhood experiences, and eating disorders.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, person-centered therapy, and a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework.
Sheral is currently in-network with Aetna and BCBS and is in the process of being credentialed with CommunityCare, HealthChoice, and UHC/UMR. She is accepting new clients and has weekend availability. Please reach out if you feel Sheral may be a good fit for your needs!
