Health Insurance

At Flourish Wellness, we strive to make the billing process as smooth as possible for our clients. Our administrative assistant who handles our reception and billing duties will do everything within our power to verify your insurance benefits, including your co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible amounts, based on the information provided to us at the time of scheduling.


However, it’s important to note that the details we provide are estimates based on the information available from your insurance company. If we are unable to verify the exact amount due before your appointment, you are still responsible for any charges as indicated on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) issued by your insurance provider after the claim has been processed.


To ensure there are no surprises, we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly if you have any concerns before your first session to confirm your mental health benefits, including:


  • Whether your provider is in-network
  • Your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible responsibilities
  • Any limits on the number of sessions covered 
  • Any pre-authorization required before the first session


If there are discrepancies between the estimated charges and the actual EOB, you will be billed for any remaining balance.


Each provider's profile includes the list of accepted insurance plans to help you determine which provider aligns with both your insurance coverage and clinical needs.
