They are trained in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming care and work with adults across the lifespan. Adair incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), harm-reduction, polyvagal theory, somatic interventions, and attachment-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their authentic self and move toward a life that feels more aligned and grounded.
Adair believes that trust is the foundation of healing, and they strive to create a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, collaboration, and deep respect. They approach each client with curiosity and care, holding space for all parts of their story. Whether you are untangling the effects of trauma or exploring your identity, Adair is honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
