Lindsey is the heart behind the scenes at Flourish Wellness, bringing a seamless blend of professionalism, empathy, and financial expertise to our practice. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and previous experience as a receptionist, Lindsey originally served as our administrative assistant, managing both reception and billing. As our practice has grown, Lindsey has transitioned into a dedicated billing specialist, allowing her to focus more deeply on the areas where she excels most.
In her new role, Lindsey oversees all aspects of insurance coordination, billing, and claims management. Her background in finance and her meticulous attention to detail ensure that providers are supported and clients are accurately billed. From verifying benefits and submitting claims to addressing denials and clarifying co-pays, Lindsey handles the complex world of billing with grace and precision.
Lindsey’s compassionate approach remains a cornerstone of her work. Her genuine desire to help others—coupled with her flexibility to support her family at home—continues to make her an invaluable part of the Flourish Wellness team.
