Peyton is a part-time mental health therapist at Flourish Wellness, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas and a master’s in Prevention Science from the University of Oklahoma, where she developed a passion for supporting individuals facing substance use challenges. With clinical experience in outpatient settings, Peyton is well-equipped to address substance use and related mental health concerns, helping clients navigate their journey toward resilience and recovery.
Peyton is licensed as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Texas, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Kentucky, and she holds her LMSW in Oklahoma. At Flourish Wellness, she offers mental health counseling under supervision as she works toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Specializing in substance use, life transitions, general mental health, relationship issues, perinatal mental health, anxiety, and chronic illness, Peyton is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy. She integrates personalized strategies to promote resilience, healing, and long-term well-being, fostering self-discovery as a pathway to sustainable recovery.
Operating from a humanistic perspective, Peyton values each individual’s unique journey and works to empower clients with the tools, skills, and insights needed for personal growth and effective navigation through life’s challenges.
Peyton offers both in-person and virtual appointments and is currently welcoming new clients. While she previously operated on a self-pay basis, she is now in-network with BCBS. If you feel her approach aligns with your needs, she would be honored to support you on your path to healing.
