Montana is the radiant and friendly first voice clients hear when reaching out to Flourish Wellness. With a heart full of sunshine and a natural ability to put others at ease, she brings warmth, compassion, and clarity to every interaction. As our receptionist and intake coordinator, Montana plays a vital role in guiding new clients through their first steps with us—offering reassurance, answering questions, and ensuring each person feels genuinely welcomed and supported.

She thoughtfully coordinates new client intakes, schedules appointments with care, and matches clients with the provider best suited to their needs—while also helping clients understand and utilize their health insurance benefits. In close collaboration with Lindsey, our billing coordinator/specialist, Montana gathers insurance information and ensures a smooth, informed intake process from start to finish. Whether she’s answering calls, sending paperwork, or greeting someone in person, she approaches each moment with kindness, patience, and a calming presence that truly reflects the heart of our practice.

Montana’s part-time in-office presence lights up the space. From stocking the fridge to tidying the entryway, she tends to the little details that help our office feel welcoming and well cared for. Her joyful spirit, thoughtful communication, and quiet reliability make her an invaluable part of the Flourish Wellness team.
