Julie Carroll is the first point of contact at Flourish Wellness, and her welcoming presence sets the tone for every client’s experience. With an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Tulsa Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oklahoma State University, Julie brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to her role.

Julie has a rich background in billing, risk management, and customer service, offering a blend of expertise that ensures clients receive the highest level of support from the very first interaction. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail guide clients seamlessly through the intake process, helping them connect with the right provider to meet their unique needs. Julie works closely with our Nurse Practitioner to maintain an organized schedule, ensuring that every aspect of the practice runs smoothly.

Outside of her professional life, Julie is a proud mom of four, which deepens her compassionate, family-centered approach to her work. Whether in the office or on the phone, Julie’s warmth, professionalism, and commitment to helping others shine through, making her an integral part of the Flourish Wellness team.
