LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Macy is a full-time mental health therapist at Flourish Wellness. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. Over the past several years, she has worked primarily with children in both school-based and clinical settings, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges while supporting families through each stage of the therapeutic process.

Macy works with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–30 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. She believes therapy should be a place where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Her goal is to build a trusting relationship with each client while empowering them to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and developmental stage. Macy integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and play therapy techniques. She enjoys helping clients increase emotional awareness, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build resilience both inside and outside of the therapy room.

Macy is currently accepting Aetna, BCBS, HealthChoice, UHC/UMR and self-pay clients while completing the credentialing process with Cigna and CommunityCare. She provides in-person therapy at our Midtown Tulsa office as well as virtual therapy throughout Oklahoma.
