LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Ashley Duke, LPC, Certified CCPT, works full-time at Flourish Wellness as a therapist who specializes in working with young children and adults, with a primary focus on early childhood development, as well as OCD and anxiety treatment for adults. She is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients of all ages feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools for long-term healing and growth.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Northeastern State University, where she developed a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal connection. She then went on to receive her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. With four years of clinical experience, she brings both professional training and a natural ability to connect with clients in a warm and engaging way.

Ashley is a Certified Child-Centered Play Therapist (CCPT) through the University of North Texas (UNT) Center for Play Therapy. She utilizes this evidence-based approach with children ages 3–10, where play becomes a child’s primary way of expressing emotions, processing experiences, and developing healthy coping skills. She supports children navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life transitions, while also collaborating with caregivers to promote growth both in and outside of sessions.

For adults, Ashley specializes in treating OCD and anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches. She incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support clients in reducing compulsions, managing anxiety, and building a more values-driven life.

Ashley currently has an approximately 12-week waitlist and will begin accepting new clients in mid-June 2026.
