Kseniia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Flourish Wellness who works with women navigating trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and cultural transitions. She is passionate about helping women heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
Kseniia earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Trauma and Crisis Intervention from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her graduate training provided a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and working with individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
With several years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults and older adults, Kseniia has supported individuals facing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, caregiving stress, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Her clinical experience includes working with diverse populations, including immigrants, individuals from multicultural backgrounds, trauma survivors, caregivers, and older adults navigating changes related to aging, health concerns, and family roles.
Kseniia provides therapy in both English and Russian and has experience supporting individuals navigating cultural transitions, immigration-related challenges, and questions of identity and belonging. She is also proficient in Ukrainian, German, Korean, and Hindi, allowing her to connect with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Kseniia believes that meaningful healing begins with understanding the deeper patterns that influence our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. She is dedicated to supporting women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in recurring patterns they are ready to understand and change. Whether working through past wounds, navigating difficult relationships, rebuilding confidence, processing grief, or adjusting to major life changes, she strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and moving toward lasting growth.
Her approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection to themselves. She integrates evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Kseniia is particularly passionate about helping women reconnect with their strengths and resilience, break free from unhelpful patterns in their lives and relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
Kseniia is currently accepting new self-pay clients while completing the credentialing process with Aetna, BCBS, CommunityCare, Cigna, HealthChoice, and UHC/UMR. She provides in-person therapy services at our Midtown Tulsa location and is currently accepting new clients. If you feel Kseniia may be a good fit for your needs, we would love to connect with you.
