Meet Lindsey, our invaluable virtual receptionist and billing coordinator at Flourish Wellness. She has a bachelor's degree in finance and previous experience as a receptionist. Motivated by a desire to assist others while maintaining flexibility to be present for her family at home, she has chosen to pursue this role with enthusiasm and dedication. As the first point of contact for our practice, Lindsey efficiently manages all inquiries received via phone calls, website, or any other channels. She goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, from coordinating new intake appointments to handling insurance verification and paperwork setup. Lindsey's meticulous attention to detail and warm demeanor make her a trusted advocate for our clients, addressing any billing concerns with grace and expertise.
